Introduction
Guests are please advised to read and ensure theyunderstand these Terms and Conditions, as payment by
guests constitutes an agreement. The terms and conditionsare in place simply to ensure fairness to all guests as well asto enhance the security of all guests.
Terms and Conditions of Service
Guest Payments
Guests are required to make full payment to the Olive House Bank Account before check- in or extension of stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Checkout is not later than 12:00 PM. Self check-in is available via unique door access codes provided after payment.
Identification
Guests are to provide a copy of a valid ID card before check-in. Minimum age for unaccompanied check-in is 18 years old.
Smoking & Behavior
Usage & Conduct

Lawful Use Only
Apartments are not to be used for criminal or illegitimate purposes. Erring guests are liable to legal prosecution.

Occupancy
Maximum of 2 adults are allowed to stay overnight in our one-bedroom apartments.

Events & Quiet Hours
Parties are allowed but must not disturb neighbours. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Facilities
Free parking is available on premises (parked at owner's risk). Photography is allowed and encouraged.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed.
Damages & Caution Fee
Property Care
Apartments are to be left in the same condition as met on arrival. Guests will be responsible for replacing items broken or damaged during their stay with similar items of quality.
Alternatively, guests could provide funds based on current market value to the management to replace such items.
Caution Fee
#50,000
Refunded in full within 12 hours after checkout to the original payment account, provided there was no loss/damage to Olive House’s properties during the stay.
Refund Policy
Full Refund
For reservations cancelled a day before the scheduled day of arrival.
50% Refund (First Night)
For reservations cancelled before 12:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival.
No Refund
For reservations cancelled after 12:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival.
* All refunds are subject to Administrative charges and will only be made to the bank account from which payment was made.
